Dean & Company undertakes a structured, on-campus recruiting process focused on a small group of top U.S. business schools, graduate programs and undergraduate institutions. The normal entry-level position for business school graduates and Ph.D. candidates is Associate; undergraduates and masters degree candidates generally enter as Analysts. Both Analysts and Associates work together as members of integrated teams assembled for specific assignments and tailored to a particular client’s needs.
Our general approach to on-campus recruiting activities at business schools, graduate programs and undergraduate institutions is similar: during the fall we attend school-sponsored career fairs and participate in other on-campus events such as: consulting nights, mock case interview presentations, etc. The presentations provide an overview of our firm and its activities, and both the presentations and career fairs give students an opportunity to meet members of the firm and to learn more about us.
We conduct interviews over the course of the fall and winter, generally on campus, and on a schedule consistent with the various Placement Office guidelines. In addition to our on-campus recruiting, we also hire directly from other top business, Ph.D., and undergraduate programs through correspondence opportunities and maintain a continuous effort aimed at locating qualified individuals already in the work force.
On Campus Recruiting
Thank you for your interest in Dean & Company.
We visit a number of select campuses each year in our recruiting process to speak with candidates at career fairs and attend other campus events. Final rounds are in our offices on 10/10 or 10/24 depending on your timing.
