There is no required background or prerequisite experience for candidates. We are looking for exceptional individuals from a diverse set of background, and our recruiting process gives us a chance to learn about you and your unique potential to contribute to the firm.
Our recruiting process varies based on your experience and the position for which we are hiring. Before you apply, please review 1) the description of roles to determine the best fit for your background and experience and 2) our on-campus recruiting information to see if we visit your school. For our summer internship program, we recruit at a number of schools, usually attending the school's internship career fair. We have completed our summer internship recruiting for 2013. Please check our website again in January of 2014 for details regarding our 2014 summer internship program.
